- ENJOY MUARÉ NON REFUNDABLE. Non refundable. A deposit of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
- FLEXIBLE MOIRÉ. Flexibility to cancel 7 days before arrival.
- Check-in is at 3:00 pm, and Check-out is at 12:00 pm.
- With 15 reserved spaces for cars and 10 additional spaces for motorcycles. *Space included in the stay, subject to availability by occupancy.
- The rate considers 2 persons per room.
- The additional guest costs $100.00 USD per night.
- Maximum occupancy is 3 guests per room.
- The minimum stay is 3 nights.
- Maximum stay of 6 nights.
- Breakfast is included in all rates.
- 15% Discount in SPA-A&B for ENJOY MUARE NONREFUNDABLE and MUARE FLEXIBLE rates.
- Our hotel is for adults only; we do not accept minors.
- Smoking is prohibited in the common areas of the hotel.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms.
- Smoking is only allowed on the private terrace of each room.
- The electricity voltage is 110 V.
- Our plugs are American-type.
- The Day Pass has a cost of $1,000.00 MXN.
- The Transportation Service has an additional cost of $200.00 USD. *Only one trip in Van.
- At Muaré Tulum, there is no discrimination, selection, or exclusion based on race or preferences.
- Pets are accepted only upon request. Maximum 1 pet per room. *Only dogs.
- The daily pet boarding fee is $55.00 USD.
- Payment methods: Credit card, debit card, cash (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), and bank transfer.
- We charge an additional environmental tax of 3.03 USD per night.
- Our rates and amounts are in US dollars.
- 16% VAT and 5% ISH are not included in the rates.
